Join us for a quick paced figure drawing class in the style of The Art Students' League, where you will leave behind the notion that you "can't draw." For those of you who insist you can only draw a stick figure, we will start from there and evolve the human form. For more advanced students, this is an opportunity to hone your skills, work on perspective and challenge yourself to see and draw in ways that you usually do not. By drawing quick poses, you are forced to engage the more creative right side of your brain.

This is a recurring open class. You can sign up for the classes separately to accommodate your schedule. The classes are offered at the trendy Ampersand Guild that offers many opportunities to artists of any genre as wells as a quality cafe, studio space, gallery space and art supplies.

Supplies needed: (1) large sketch pad (16"x20" or larger) (2) pencils and charcoal (3) charcoal eraser (4) big art clips to hold sketch pad.

Classes are just $20 a session.
